QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

What you should know.

01Are the tools free?+

Yes. The OBS log analyzer, streaming speed test, bitrate calculator, gear finder, checklist and show planner are free and require no account.

02Does my OBS log leave my device?+

No. The free analyzer processes pasted log text in your browser. It does not upload the log or include its contents in analytics. Never paste passwords or stream keys.

03Can a log explain every stream problem?+

No. A log can show network drops, encoding lag and rendering pressure. It cannot tell you how the finished audio sounds or prove that every viewer received a smooth stream. Test a short recording and change one setting at a time.

04What does paid help include?+

A $9 one-time unlock adds downloadable automated comparison reports, a next test and a rollback checklist. The log analyzer and on-screen comparison remain free. Optional human services are separate.

05Can I download Output Check?+

Not yet. Output Check is a Windows app in private testing. You can join its alpha list, but there is no public download or guaranteed invitation.

06What is the refund policy?+

For the automated report, contact support within 14 days if it is not useful and request a refund. Duplicate payments and access failures we cannot resolve are refundable. Human services have separate terms.
