What is included

A plain-text Repair Report for the comparison you ran in OBS Log Compare. It lists the dropped-frame, rendering-lag and encoding-lag percentages from your before log and your after log, says which number is still highest, and includes a retest checklist you can reuse.

When a number in your after log is 0.1% or higher, the report also names one change to test next and tells you how to restore your old settings if that change does not help. When every number in your after log is under 0.1%, the report has no change to suggest, so it contains no "next change" and no restore steps. OBS Log Compare tells you which of the two you will get before you pay.

You can add your own labels and notes about what you changed, and include the tests you saved in this browser. Saving up to 10 test summaries in your browser is free. Reports for later comparisons are included: you do not pay again. Keep the files you download. They are yours to use.

What is not included

No subscription, no review by a person, no remote setup, no future products and no guaranteed fix. A log cannot tell you how your stream or recording looked or sounded. Keep a backup of your OBS settings and test one change at a time.

How you get it

You pay through Stripe. When the payment goes through, Stripe sends you back to OBS Log Compare. Your comparison is normally still there. If it is not, paste the two logs again. You will not be charged again.

Each time you download, our server checks your payment with Stripe and then builds the report. It will not build one for a payment that is unpaid, refunded or disputed.

How your purchase is remembered

There are no accounts. A cookie remembers your purchase in the browser you paid in for one year.

You also get a private restore link. We email it to the address you gave at Stripe checkout, and OBS Log Compare shows it in the browser you paid in. Opening the link in any browser turns downloads on there, and that browser then remembers your purchase for one year. The link does not expire. It stops working only if the purchase is refunded or disputed.

Anyone who has the link can use your purchase, so treat it like a password. If you cannot download, do not pay a second time: email hello@streamertoolkits.com with your Stripe receipt.

What is sent to our server

Your log never leaves your browser. To build a paid Repair Report we send only the percentages from your comparison to our server. That means the before and after percentages for dropped frames, rendering lag and encoding lag, the workload you chose, and the same percentages for every test you have saved in this browser (up to 10). Your own labels and notes are added to the file in your browser and are not sent. The report does not contain your logs.

Stripe takes the payment. We ask Stripe whether the purchase is paid, refunded or disputed when you open OBS Log Compare in a browser that remembers your purchase, when you come back from checkout or open your restore link, and before each download. More detail is in the privacy notice.

Refunds

The Repair Report is a digital product. Digital purchases are final. We may issue a refund at our discretion, but a request does not guarantee a refund. To ask about a duplicate payment, a download problem or another purchase issue, email hello@streamertoolkits.com with your Stripe receipt. Do not send your logs or private restore link. Once a purchase is refunded, report downloads are turned off for it. This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation or consumer rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.

This policy applies to purchases made after these updated terms are shown and accepted at checkout. Earlier purchases keep the terms accepted when buying, including the previous 14-day refund policy where it applied.
