01What do you actually look at?+
The OBS log from the affected session (dropped, skipped and lagged frame counters, encoder and device errors) and up to 60 minutes of one VOD for audio balance, visual problems, pacing and packaging. Findings are tied to a timestamp or a log line so you can verify them.
02Is this software or a person?+
A person. The free OBS log analyzer reads your log in the browser. The Stream Audit is a human-written report, which is why it takes up to three business days instead of three seconds.
03Do you need my stream key or OBS password?+
No. Never send a stream key, password, recovery code or private API credential. The intake asks only for a VOD link and an obsproject.com log URL.
04Do you change my settings for me?+
No. The report gives you one prioritized change at a time, with the exact test to run afterwards, so you stay in control of a stable setup.
05What if my problem is outside the scope?+
If the submitted material cannot be reviewed within the stated scope, you get a full refund unless you accept another resolution in writing.
06Can I cancel?+
Yes—any time before we send the review-started email, for a full refund. After human review has started, the charge is normally non-refundable for a change of mind. The exact rules are on the terms page.
