    Run a short test until the issue appears. Stop streaming or recording, but leave OBS open.

    Choose Help → Log Files → Upload Current Log File.

    Copy and paste the URL

    Click Copy URL. Paste the obsproject.com/logs/… link into the labeled form field.

Already restarted OBS?

Use Help → Log Files → Upload Last Log File if you restarted once. If you restarted more than once, open Show Log Files, identify the affected session and upload that log through OBS Project before submitting.

Keep credentials out. The uploaded log is a shareable link hosted by OBS Project, so review it before sending. Never include a stream key, account password, recovery code or private API credential. Use an unlisted or time-limited VOD link if you do not want the recording public.
