Start with free analysis. OBS Project provides an analyzer that checks logs for common configuration and performance problems. StreamerToolkits also offers free on-device analysis and a before-and-after comparison. You do not need to pay just to find a dropped-frame percentage.

The $9 StreamerToolkits unlock is for downloadable reports: a record of your comparison, the next controlled test and a rollback checklist. It is not expert review or an automatic repair.

01

Use the official OBS analyzer for a first check

The official tool accepts an OBS log URL or file and provides suggestions for common problems. It is a useful second opinion when you want to verify a finding. Its upload workflow is different from the local text processing in StreamerToolkits.

02

Use free comparison when you have already changed something

Bring a completed log from before and after one change. Compare network drops, encoding lag and rendering lag using the same scene, output destination and duration. Missing counters remain unknown; a lower percentage does not prove causation.

Example: network drops decrease from 4.7% to 0.2%, while encoding stays at 1.4%. The connection measurement improved, but the encoding bottleneck remains. Do not call the whole stream fixed.

03

Pay $9 only if you want the saved workflow

The one-time unlock adds plain-text exports containing your measured comparison, a rule-based next test, rollback steps and a reusable checklist. Further exports are included without another payment. Preview a sample and compare your own logs before checkout.

You can read the on-screen comparison and use free guides without buying. There is no human review, recurring subscription or AI chat in the export.

04

Skip a log report for problems it cannot establish

A microphone that is too quiet, an incorrect audio track or a black capture can exist with clean frame counters. Record a short sample and watch and listen to it. Use the symptom guides to check routing or capture; paying for a counter report cannot supply missing audio or video evidence.

05

Check the result before buying hardware

Keep your existing equipment while testing one setting at a time. A new microphone will not fix network drops; a faster connection will not resolve GPU rendering pressure. Buy only after the relevant evidence points to a limitation you cannot resolve with configuration.
